Cancellation:
- In the event of a cancellation, please notify us at least 4 days in advance of your scheduled event date to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled event date will result in a 10% cancellation fee.
Refunds:
- Refunds for cancellations made within the specified timeframe will be issued via the original payment method.
- Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
No-Show:
- Failure to notify us of a cancellation or not showing up for your scheduled event will result in forfeiture of the full rental fee.
